Our annual Light up A Life appeal is an opportunity to make a dedication to remember someone special. You then have the chance to float a candle representing your dedication on Canoe Lake at a service on Sunday 15th December, to create a magical “Lake of Lights”.
Simply make your dedication below with the option to make a donation to support the ongoing work of Rowans Hospice. If you do not wish to attend the service, a candle will be floated on your behalf.
On the night, there will be a community choir and band, remembrance service at 5.45pm with readings and carols, and a special firework to signal the end of the service and provide a moment for reflection.
Lake of Lights is not a ticketed event, it is free and open for anyone in the community to attend who has experienced the loss of a loved one, whether or not they were in the care of Rowans Hospice. You can make an optional donation and collect a candle on the night to float on Canoe Lake.
