“Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non-judgementally.” Jon Kabat-Zinn

Resilience may be described as a person’s ability to adapt to critical events in their life. This workshop will provide a space for exploring how mindfulness might play some part in developing and/or sustaining resilience. It will also be an opportunity for some quiet time with some mindfulness practice. No previous knowledge of mindfulness is required.
